I am probably not understanding your question.

 

I have never gotten this deep into the woods on what UPS to buy at purchase. I think HP uses Cooler Master power supplies on the 40L series PCs. I don't know if you can get an answer to your question.

 

I have been using CyberPower and APC UPS for many years on many different power supplies installed in many different PCs with no problems.
