Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G5AV)

I have this brand new OMEN by HP 40L GT21-0385xt Desktop, arrived pretty bare bones but ran well. Added max out 64MB RAM, added 2nd HDD and an internal SSD. It is liquid cooled with  GTX 3070 CPU. Now, I have been playing World of Warships for years on my old HP 590-0066x (souped up). The 1st time I tried it on this new Omen it played fine for about 45 min then crashed, PC tripped off, rebooted itself and came up normal screen. I have done ALL the usual, changed drives, cleaned drives, installed and uninstalled clean reinstalled at least 6 times. Ran both HP and Norton fixes. I tried playing with and without the built in OMEN Gaming Hub (which was glitchy a lot too). No luck. I cannot get this game to load and play. It tries to boot, then the monitors go dark, the PC shuts down or sometimes freezes up and I have to hard reboot. Frankly...right now this brand new PC is a piece of crap! Before I exchange it under the HP warranty...ANY clues out there about this simple game compatibility please?
