my OMEN by HP Desktop PC 880-p0xx, command center can't overclock, in the diagram it says it can, i have downloaded the program from support side, but it still can't why ?

What is the full model or product number of the Omen.  I need this information to review the specs for it.  I will help you further when I have this information.

Thank you for the additional information, @Tvestergaard!

 

The processor in your computer is an i7-7700.  It can't be overclocked.  It would have to be a "K" model for that feature to be available.
