Omen 25L
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have a Omen 25L Gaming pc.

2060 Gpu

i5 Cpu

 16gb memory.

I’ve started having no end of issues today....

starts up fine.
normal web browsing /emails / YouTube etc is fine.
The issue is when I load up/play a game.
it just turns off.
when I check the reliability history log

im getting DWM.EXE issues

Livekernalevent issues

0x0000007e issues...

I have reset the pc, both hard and soft resets.
still the same.

I have rolled back/updated the gpu drivers. Still the same.

I think that is a storage or a driver related issue. And as you are saying that you already reset the PC, maybe a storage? Is there a way to run some diagnostics of the drive that you have your games one, is that the main Windows drive and how much space do you have left on it?

Both the SSD & HDD are lest that 50% full.

it seems to crash when the GPU is under stress.

I loaded up fortnite and the GPU hit 96% usage according to the omen control centre.
Then the PC crashed.
