Omen 25L desktop won't detect second Monitory

Hi, my Omen 25 L  won't detect the second screen. 

There's only one HDMI input so I used a dongle/ USB C hub and then plugged a HDMI into them.  These dongles/hubs work on other computers with HDMI plugged in.  But they don't work with my Omen 25 L

It just doesn't read these second monitor at all.  Only the direct HDMI monitor shows.

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Omen Desktop won't detect the second screen.

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
• Try connecting any other devices on the USB ports and check if it works fine.
