OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT14-0000i (3V745AV)

Hi, I purchased two kits of Kingston Fury Beast 3200 MHz rated memory (KF432C16BBK2/32) to upgrade my childs Omen to 64GB of RAM but the computer does not boot up at XMP Profile1 (3200MHz) setting. It keeps beeping and after forced reboot resets the RAM speed to 2400 MHz. XMP Profile2 (2933 Mhz) works too.

This problem only happens when using all 4 memory sticks. When using only one pair of memory sticks in any memory slot combination, the memory works at rated speed. I guess it must be a buggy BIOS as several other users have reported a similar erratic behaviour with their OMEN desktops (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Desktops/Omen-30l-won-t-boot-with-4-x-16-Go-ram-sticks-at-3200-...).
