Product: OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-0000i (ID 7WM96AV)

Hello everyone I have an Omen 25L Desktop and I have a couple questions that I could use some help with. First off ever since I got my computer back from hp repair the HP Support Assistant was not working so I tried to uninstall it and tried to reinstall it but when I try I get this message.

The other thing I am wanting to do is have my computer automatically turn on at a specific time on specific days. For example wake up at 9am on Mondays Wednesdays and Friday. I tried the steps in this link and it didn't work. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how?
