Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, I recently went into my bios and when I exit it I got performance issues. I entered the bios again and it said error code 502. So I replaced the cmos battery and resetted the bios with an jumper but the error still occured. I fully usb cleared my windows and that didn't fix the problem. My guess is it i because of the motherboard or cmos. But because it still failed with the cmos reset, I don't know what to do. Please help.
