Brand OMEN CPU Model Core i9 Computer Memory Size 32 GB Ram Memory Installed Size 32 GB Series Omen 30L Gaming Desktop

 

Omen 30L Brand New have had it for less than  2 months, shuts off randomly and pops when turned off, its just the first time it shuts off so Im still not in emergency mode but want to be cautious in case it happens again. 

 

Would appreciate advice on what it could be.

I suggest that you contact the seller for help.  If you bought the computer directly from HP, you should contact HP Customer Support for help.  You should not have to work on a new computer.

Same thing happens to me just return the pc and go get a better one because I have the same problems . And I know other brands don't have this problem.
