Product: OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0046na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Omen 30L starts up for about 5 seconds then cuts out, but then it turns itself back on and just sits there with the fans spinning and the LED lights on. However, no signal gets set to my monitor and my usb mouse and keyboard doesn’t witch on. It was working fine when I got it, I just woke up the next morning and it wouldn’t turn on, I don’t think it has anything to do with what I’ve downloaded because my Norton security doesn’t let me download anything dangerous. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.

The power-supply supplies various voltage-levels to different components.

I would suspect that the power-supply has partially failed, and is no longer providing any voltage to the mouse & the keyboard. Probably, it is no longer providing the correct voltage to the motherboard.

 

Given that you have a "desktop", take the computer to an "owner/operator" computer store, and get them to replace the power-supply. If your computer starts-up normally, buy the power-supply. If not, then it is time to pay them to do more trouble-shooting.
