I too have very long boot up wait times, 5-10 minutes, just purchased this tower 5 days ago at Best Buy as well.....very disturbed to have a BRAND NEW TOWER with issues like this!!! Even when I power the computer off, then turn it on...takes a LONG time 5 to 10 minutes to boot up...this does NOT seem  like an acceptable thing....I also am looking for ways to correct this
