Hi everyone my first post.

 

I finally bought a gaming pc for my son. Omen 30l but it won’t go past a blue screen saying “windows hasn’t loaded correctly”

 

can be anyone please help as this is his present and he’s going to be upset 😳

Hi,

 

Brand new PC? Seeing this error on a new PC is usually a hardware problem.

 

Run HP hardware diagnostics. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2".

 

Run system and component tests.
