OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000a (4E977AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Product Number: 50J09EA#UUW

I have had my Omen 45l 3070 for about a month and everything worked fine. But now, whenever I launch a game, a couple of seconds after its launch I will get blackscreen with "No display" on my monitor. The PC is still on, with lights on both keyboard and mouse, but when pressing caps lock on my keyboard the lights dont go on/off. It forces me to shut down the PC, but sometimes it does it by itself. This also happens when I tried benchmarking.

I have tried:
-Reinstalling graphic drivers and the Bios is up to date.

-Uninstalling and reinstalling the graphic card, emptying the power then turning on again.

-Undervolting GPU

Can these crashes be consequences of a faulty GPU?

hi

Yes, indeed, if you do not have an overheating problem?
It should, as far as possible test an equivalent graphics card, if we can lend you one..
Or test the graphics card, in another computer capable of running it
If you are under warranty, contact the reseller, or hp support
