With HP Support Assistant, the first step is to make sure HPSA is updated itself, or it may not offer the correct updates specific to your system. I would suggest opening HPSA and go to the upper right corner and select " About ". This will show you the version of HPSA current on your unit. You can run the "check for update". Allow the update to complete and then restart your system. Latest ver as of 1/2/18 is 220.127.116.11.
Then run HPSA again and you should see updated support for BIOS and Chipset drivers,etc. which are HP provided.
