OMEN 25i Gaming FHD Monitor

I've just got a HP Omen 25 inch screen monitor which is suppose to be capable of running in 165 Hz (Product number = 22.J05AA.22.A05AS.22.J05E9).
When I play Counter strike 2 comes up the message "It appears that your display has a 165 Hz operating mode, but it is currently running at 60 Hz."
My video card is XFX AMD Radeon RX6600 - driver AMD Adrenalin Edition 24.7.1
I set all games at maximum speed, but the message still is keeping on.
Will take any suggestions as I am desperate to have better Hz for my gaming experience.

You should check which ports you use to connect and your computer version, because if you are using 4k for example with all HDMI or USB ports can support 4k at 165 Hz but only at 60 Hz.

Thank you, I solved that. Trivially just had to use the Windows 11 Pro screen settings, and go to Advanced Screen Settings.

Sometimes you look everywhere except the simplest and most immediate thing.
