Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Desktop Screenshot 2021.11.19 - 08.05.17.46.pngI keep getting this error when I click on my headset. The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x0007FF90E100A9F. 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with luck. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
