I am a new Gaming Hub user. When I try to collect a reward I get a message: "For security purposes, we have added Two-Factor Authentication as an additional step to redeeming awards. This will require you to authenticate your account with a valid phone number when you claim your first reward."

How do I do this?

I see you are looking to redeem the rewards using the Omen Gaming Hub Two-Factor Authentication.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update on OMEN Command Center – Reward Tab. Omen Rewards Journey.
  • If you have won any sweepstakes you should have got a win confirmation email (on the ID he has used to sign up to access Omen services (HP ID or Google or Facebook account)) from Versus Systems where you can go and claim the rewards.

We need to know how to enable 2 factor authenticator on the Omen Gaming Hub. We cant open our rewards without 2 factor, and there is no where to do it.

Ok I read that wrong. I understand it says claim your first reward for 2 factor to pop up . The actual problem is that when I go to rewards, it says "We were unable to create your rewards account. Email address may be invalid for use in Rewards. Please try again". But I have already claimed rewards in the past on this account so I don't understand.

Sorry about that spam but I fixed the problem. All I had to do was log out and back in. Everything refreshed and it now works perfectly.
