Product: OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-1023 (5QB56AA)

After doing a manual reinstall of Windows (I had the fan control tab before I did this), I cannot see the fan control tab in Omen Gaming Hub. 

I have installed all chipset and support drivers (seemingly) and it has not made it appear. I have the latest graphics drivers installed from Geforce experience (which should have no effect on this...)

I have the latest BIOS installed, and there is no fan control options in there, either.

I have reinstalled the newest version of Omen Gaming Hub over a dozen times, done so many reboots, and none of it has made this tab appear for me like it used to before I was forced to reinstall Windows due to HDD failure. 

 

I have exhausted all options that immediately jump out to me at this point, please help me.
