Omen HP 17 Support dosnt work ?!

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OMEN by HP 17-cb0002nw overheats after 1 hour and restarts and switches off again after 5 minutes. Of course, the fault is the temperature and the solution for that was supposed to be  Bios update, but even this can not be done because the site does not work ... Gives this laptop the last chance after update bios will not help it gona be returned with a permanent defect.
