Omen command center won't install

Hi, Just playing around with my new computer and noticed the Omen Command Center was taking ages to boot up. I checked these forums and found the problem should be solved with a fresh install. I've uninstalled the program but it won't reinstall.

I've downloaded the setup file from the link here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Notebooks/omen-command-center-takes-long-time-to-open/td-p/6946... and also from the HP site by entering my serial number.

 

The same problem occurs with both when I start the install process I get a message saying Windows will restart in one minute and it does. The end. The Command Center doesn't install.

 

Any help appreciated.

I managed to install it via the Microsoft store. All solved and the program boots up much faster.
