I purchased an HP om er n 880 -150t in August 2018 which i successfully utilized until August 2019 in which I had a motorcycle crash so, I wasn't able to use my PC again until April 2020 when I forgforgot my login password I had to rreset my PC without keeping my files it only worked a week until it said it couldn't boot because an error so, I bought windows 10 32bit install disk to try to reinstall my operating system though when I try to reset my pc and boot it doesn't even get halhalfway through to a reinstall until it says there was an error no changes were made and fails to boot.. 

IM rather upset i bought a great $2000 computer 2 years ago that no longer works and, I don't know what my best options are: if its possible there may be a hardware issue and it would be worth to hire someone to fix it or, if I could return it, use some sort of warranty, fix it myself ormyself, sell it for partsparts?
