Hello all,

I am facing issues with the perfomance button on my OMEN 40L GT21-0678nf. Everytime I press performance mode, the application reduces all cores frequency to 10% of its maximal capacity.  I am forced to just use balanced mode due to that.  For information the temperatures are constantly low and no abnormal condition is detected during this transition.

 

I appreciate any help!
