Opened case, PC won’t power on
05-14-2019 07:39 PM
Today, I decided to check the inside of my PC for dust collection. I opened up the side window with the button provided on the back for easy access, and looked inside. I saw no dust and didn’t touch anything. I shut the case, clicked the power button, and got a flash of light from the computer, and then it powered off. Now, it won’t turn on.

@dokidoja , welcome to the forum.
Did you check to assure that you didn't get one of the wires closed in the panel? This could cause the problem that you noticed.

We would have no way of knowing what has happened in that situation. You would do best to contact HP Support directly for a warranty issue and speak to them about it.
