Ordered a computer, supposed to arrive from the 17th - the 18th, and it hasn’t even been shipped.

Hello, I ordered my computer on the 3rd of December, and it was supposed to be delivered from the 17th- the 18th. It hasn’t been delivered nor even shipped to my state. I was mostly just wondering what is taking so long, and when it would most likely be delivered.
