Hello, I'm trying to resolve a booting issue on my PC. I purchased it early December of last year. It was my understanding it came with a 1 year warranty and the only warranty says it expired in June. I can provide proof of purchase but I don't see a way to contact HP directly to resolve this. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello Garp. I have some attempted help via X.com @HPsupport dm's but its been slow despite them saying its 24/7 support.  Each time I think we got something squared away they come back asking for the same info you requested that I've already provided 3 time through the course of the process. If I don't hear from them till tomorrow,  I will dm that info asap.

Hi @mades3d,

I understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you've already provided the same info multiple times. If you don't hear back from them by tomorrow, feel free to DM me the info, and I'll be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. I'm here to help!
