Hi all,
Beginning yesterday, my Omen 30L gaming PC will not boot. When I first powered the computer on, I put my PIN in like usual, and got an error message saying something like "Your PIN is no longer available." or something similar. I restarted the computer and am now caught on the blue screen. I have tried uninstalling both the latest quality and feature updates, but am met with the "We ran into a problem..." error message. I have also tried resetting the computer, but am met with "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." I cannot even enter Safe Mode successfully. I've also tried chkdsk commands in the Command Prompt, but that didn't seem to work either. Neither Automatic nor Startup Repair functions have helped. Additionally, when I attempted to utilize the System Restore function, I am stopped by an error message which says, "System Protection is available only in online operating system." It seems like I have exhausted all of my options, and I am still not entirely sure what the problem is.
What can I do? Any help is greatly appreciated.
