Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000a (514R6AV)

I noticed a slot unused next to the graphics card. I have not opened the PC to look in, but was wondering if this is a PCIe slot. 
I would like to get a capture card (4k60 Elgato) - [content removed]

I was wondering if this would work with my machine.

your reference will not identify the model of the computer, motherboard
but check, and it might be the same type:
