OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R2AV)

Hello, i purchased hp omen and got an gift in 1998rs for hyperx mouse and headphones, it state that in under 30 days i get my gifts and in 2 week i got one of them ( hyperx mouse) but one of my gift ( hyperx headphones) is not recived and in website it show null for that one. I complain many time but no response is made by hp. I also try to call but they still not response to me. I paid for those gift and hope that it will come soon. I purchased omen because of trust in hp but now there services is seriously hopeless. Can you suggest me what can i do to get one of my gift???

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I believe you should be entitled to all "gifts" offered by HP as a condition of the contract created at time of purchase.

 

Did you carefully read all contractual fine print legalese prior to purchasing the PC?

 

You would have to continue pursuing fulfillment directly with HP.

 

Maybe a Forum Moderator or a HP Support Agent will chime in to assist.
