Pc cannot startup due to update

Hp omen computer tower
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upon being started up, the omen logo appears with a black background, the loading wheel moves a few times, and the screen is filled by windows asking me to choose an os to use. I only have windows ten. So I choose that, then after that, it cuts to it loading an update or something. It starts at 64% and goes to 100% normally. The screen flashes black, and all that was just said repeats itself. I have been unable to access the pc for the past 8 hours due to these loops. Please help

@Arsenyk, welcome back to the forum.

 

You can try doing a repair by going into the BIOS (tap Esc once per second) as the computer is booting.  This will give you a menu.  If this doesn't work, you will most likely have to do a full System Recovery using the Recovery medi tha you made when you bought the computer.
