My pc is on but it doesn't go through to the display and my keyboard and mouse don't get power as well the display and keyboard and mouse are all plugged to the pc and I used it like that fro a month and now after a bios update it shut down and the pc turns on and the light come on but it dosent give power to the display nor mouse and keyboard

I fear I'm suffering from the same issue. 
Some update HP pushed seems to have broken our devices. 
I enabled an optional HP update, and I am much more inclined to think it was them rather than Microsoft that caused this.

Unfortunately if you've done a clean Windows install on the main harddrive, and have wiped the recovery partitions, there are very few options left to you.
