Desktop fell off desk and now it doesn't send info to monitor/TV via hdmi.

A drop could have destroyed many parts in a pc. I would recommend going to a local repair store, they might be able to tell you which parts are still functioning and which will need to be replaced.
I'm not sure how HP would respond to a case such as this, pretty sure drops aren't covered under regular or premium warranty.

Turn off the TV and computer. Connect the HDMI input port of the TV and HDMI output port of the computer via an HDMI cable. NOTE: Be sure to use an authorized High Speed HDMI cable bearing the HDMI logo. Turn on the TV first, then turn on the computer.
