It says your diagnostics is not up to date please go to www hp.com/go/tech center/PCdiags to update your diagnostics aaanndd I tried to just exit and that failed any idea wht to do?

But sorry, I still don't know exactly, if what you are doing is intentional, if you can start the computer normally, or if you have a hardware problem..
whether the software is up to date or not, we must be able to carry out tests..

sorry, but if you have this, it must be because of a problem

Nope just the diagnostics screen and at the top below the title of it it says it's not up to date

the computer is off, you press the power button, does it start normally,  when does this window arrive ?
if no problem then look at the link all the same and install the latest version available

So I push power it boots right into uefi mode not windows and it's now I'm doing the extensive test and waiting. My diags are very 7.6.0.0.

I just want to know why my diagnostics are somehow out of date how to update them and have my gaming PC back
