The hp omen 880-018d desktop has low specifications compared with the hp omen 880-141nx. However, the first one is equipped with a power supply of 750 Watt Active PFC Platinum efficiency while the second one is equipped with a 500 Watt Active PFC Bronze efficiency? Does this make sense?

The first model also came out in mid 2017 with a CPU that's 2 generations back.
The other came out in 2019 with the latest hardware. Its specs also contain an RTX 2080 that has been built to HP specs that requires less power than a standard RTX 2080. Ergo the 500w bronze.
Is there something else I can help with?
