I won a giveaway on Discord to win an HP Laptop. I got a code to "claim" it and I don't know how to do it. Please help.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

@Khyro, welcome to the forum.
This is a peer to peer help forum. The only presence that HP has on it are the Admins and the Mods. Otherwise, none of us works for HP. Therefore, you should contact HP Customer Support for help with your problem. They can tell you what you need to do.
