Hello I have amd Radeon 5 4500u with graphics 2.38 Ghz, 8gb ram and external hdd 1TB but fifa 23 is lagging.Can someone help me?

your configuration seems clearly insufficient
more with a laptop
Lowering all video settings to max is the best I can offer here
