A small piece of the mother board burnt randomly

That is very unfortunate...

 

I doubt though, that this electrical malfunction/short circuit was random.

 

As the following link observes, and I quote: "It is possible to fix a burnt motherboard but it can be difficult and can often be more expensive than simply buying a new one."

 

In a nutshell, that is the answer, even though a replacement motherboard, such as HP p/n: M01207-601 ("MOTHERBOARD DSC RTX 2060 6GB i5-10300H WIN") or HP p/n: L97061-601 ("MOTHERBOARD DSC GTX 1660Ti 6GB i7-10750H WIN") are going to be expensive, even via eBay -that is, if you can find one.
