Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a problem with the psu fan of my desktop. Since this morning, the psu fan makes an really annoying noise every time it stops and restart (I discovered that that fan doesn't run constantly). I am sure that's the psu fan, I checked all the fans on my desktop and I don't see any obstacle that the fan might encounter to make that noise. Can anyone help me?
