OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

This one has already been to the service center for dead fan pins on the MB. They replaced the MB and since getting it back it is overheating both the CPU and GPU, blue screening randomly, and running slowly even after a fresh installation of Windows 11. A manager at my local Best Buy agreed if I got an RMA that he would issue the store gift card towards the purchase of a new desktop. The big issue is even getting a hold of someone at HP due to the system thinking the Factory warranty has expired.
Any ideas on how to move forward with this?
