Purchased hp victus laptop on Jan25th 2024, but warranty activated on 20May2023, what should I do ?

Purchased hp victus laptop from Flipkart which got delivered on Jan25th 2024, upon checking warranty status on hp website it shows warranty activated on 20May 2023 only 4 months warranty left for my laptop. What should I do now? What might be the case is it a refurbished/used laptop ?

Looks like a new one.

Shall I return it?

You need to get the purchase date and warranty updated by providing the proof of purchase.
