Product: HP Pavilion 15-ec1051ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I just purchased a new HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop previous week (HP - 15-ec1051ax). It comes with 8GB RAM only.
I want to do some heavy video editing on my laptop. Therefore, I am planning to upgrade my laptop's RAM upto 24GB (8+16GB).
Just wanted to confirm that...
Can I do that ?
If yes ?
Also let me know which is the best compatible 16GB RAM for my Laptop. I want no compromise/issues with my Laptop's performance.
Kindly guide me through this & let me know as soon as possible.
Thanks & Regards

Hi:
Yes, you can install as much as 2 x 16 GB of memory in your PC.
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info.

I recommend Crucial memory, since they guarantee compatibility.
You want the first memory chip listed...
