Product: Omen 870-224
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an omen 870-224 and i saw the RTX 2060 and i think it would be a massive upgrade from the GTX 1060 but im wondering if the PSU, case and motherboard would let me upgrade to a rtx 2060.

I do believe that it would work but you may need to change your cooling system to a stronger one which is not usually that $$

@MrCookieCat, welcome to the forum.

 

Here are specifications for the RTX 2060 from Nvidia's website.  The length of the card is 9".  You can measure from the Back I/O ports to the front of the case to see if it fits with space for good airflow.  This will  be very important.  It requires a 500W power supply unit (PSU).  The PSU in your computer is 500W.  It requires an 8-pin supplemental power connector.  You should check to see if you have a 6+2-pin connector on your PSU.  Read the five items in small print at the bottom of the page to assure your system meets these requirements.
