Hi. Does anyone know how to fix or what causes my screen to do the above(pics). I play my ps5 console on the monitor. And after around 20-30mins of gaming my screen does this. If I shut everything down and wait a few hours the screen will work again but just for another 20-30mins again. I've tried HP and they said they can't do anything about it, other than myself buy a new monitor . The monitor is barely a year old so really disappointing that this has happened. Any help will be appreciated, thanks

you need to check, if there is the same problem with a computer
If no matter what device you use, the screen is probably damaged.
But it may be quite complicated to identify the source.

We asked for a simple support
And they told us to send the printer back, and to choose another one, replaced very quickly then!
