HP 24x gaming monitor 2019 model

received_1191699771303310.jpeg

Hi. Does anyone know how to fix or what causes my screen to do the above(pics). I play my ps5 console on the monitor.  And after around 20-30mins of gaming my screen does this. If I shut everything down and wait a few hours the screen will work again but just for another 20-30mins again. I've tried HP and they said they can't do anything about it, other than myself buy a new monitor . The monitor is barely a year old so really disappointing that this has happened.  Any help will be appreciated, thanks

Hello
you need to check, if there is the same problem with a computer
If no matter what device you use, the screen is probably damaged.
But it may be quite complicated to identify the source.
You should therefore consult a professional, but the repair cost may be quite high, on that account in fact, it will be better to replace it.

Amazon had a two year warranty.  HP only one. If Amazon can't fix it they said they'll send me a new one.

It is probably this, two years legal guarantee

Consumer legal guarantee

I didn't know he was less than two years old, otherwise, I would have told you that right away!
And in general, without wanting to advertise, they are good in case of problem, we bought a printer, and suddenly we had problems with the scanner.
We asked for a simple support
And they told us to send the printer back, and to choose another one, replaced very quickly then!
