Does the HP Victus 15L TG02-346st support 64gb ram upgrade? I want to but this desktop but if I can upgrade the ram to 64gb.

It appears you cannot.  All I could find (HP specs, Crucial RAM Upgrades, etc.) was 2 x 16GB DDR4 PC4-25600 (3200 MHz) Unbuffered NON-ECC for a total of 32 GB  RAM max.

Additional HP Victus 15L TG02-xxxx User check: UserBenchmark: HP Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0xxx Compatible Components.

 

Truth be told, 32 GB is quite sufficient for serious gaming especially paired with an i7-12700 and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card.
