Product: HP Compaq Elite 8300 Base Model Convertible Minitower PC

Hi. So i have a Hp Compaq Elite 8300 Hewlett Packard 3396 Mother board . And i have 4 2gb ram ddr3 and i bought a 8gb ram to my pc i replace the 4th ram slot with my new ram and my Pc don t recognize it ? All of them are1600 Mhz

The memory you bought is probably not compatible.

 

I recommend this memory which Crucial indicates is compatible with your PC.
