We've been trying to figure this out on a 30GL. We changed some of the wake from sleep settings so that the internet couldn't wake it from sleep. So it no longer cuts on and runs the fan hard like every minute. Now it stays in a sort of a half awake mode which we don't like either. The lights stay on (which could be cut off) and the fan runs constantly. Should be a way to make this computer go in standby or something where everything cuts off or sleeps.
