"As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. The HyperX Fury RGB RAM light control is not supported by HP. "

We bought the computers with this RGB RAM already installed! How come it is not supported anymore? Is the company waiting for us to collectively sue?

This is absurd. I bought an Omen 25L and had the RGB working for a single week before it malfunctioned, got stuck in rainbow pattern, and that useless note was left by the company on Gaming Hub, to then let us know it is not supported anymore?

I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous.
