I have the exact same problem with a new Omen 880-330.  How did you install via the Microsoft Store??  I searched there and all I got were links to purchase products.

This is the link,  you shouldn't have any problems. Just click on the Get button in the right hand side.

Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
