The first option is to stream the game through PlayStation Now. To be clear, you do not own the game, you have it streamed to your computer without downloading it. The service costs $20 monthly or $100 annually, and if that expires, you cannot play the game anymore. You also need to contend with network lag and a streaming queue, things that were never issues for physical or downloaded copies of the game.
