Hi! My PC has been repaired and it works just fine. However when im trying to install drivers it doesnt reconigze my PC modell? So i went to BIOS and it says no modell or serial number? How do i fix this? ThanksIMG_1287.jpg

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Where did you get the computer repaired?  was computer shipped to HP repair centre?
  • Was any Hardware components changed?

It was sent to HP repair center and the only component change is the motherboard. The other  one was broken.
